Gobble Monster Font Is All Bare Skin and Eyeballs

No fur turns up anywhere in the Gobble Monster Font. Instead each letter is a small creature of bare skin, pinkish beige and faintly freckled. Little arms fold across a soft belly, while a tuft of dark hair sits combed over the crown. Then there are the eyes: one letter gets two, another gets four, and they never line up. Because every face differs, a typed word reads as a crowd rather than a set.

Look past the face and a fat rounded capital is still doing the work. Strokes swell like sausages, so the counters shrink to narrow slots. Meanwhile the grin cuts across the widest part of each letter, lined with small pointed teeth. Naturally the set stays uppercase, with figures and basic punctuation in the same skin. Give Each Monster Elbow Room

Crowd these letters and the arms start to overlap. Therefore set the tracking wide and keep words short, four or five characters at most. At small sizes the eyes turn to dots, so headline scale suits the Gobble Monster Font best.
