Fur Fonts Are for Warmth, Children and Luxury

Toy brands, children’s publishing and nursery products take the soft ones; pet shops, vets and animal charities take the animal ones. Fashion uses fur lettering constantly on winter campaigns and knitwear packaging. Salons and haircare take the hair ones for obvious reasons. One warning: pile eats fine detail, so avoid thin weights and set these large enough that the strands are actually visible.

Each of these Fur Fonts is an installable OpenType font, and every character again as a transparent PNG at high resolution. Fur needs the PNG version more than most, because a fluffy edge only looks right when the background shows between the strands rather than being cut off flat.
