Wood Log Font. Now Certified Tree-Hugger Approved.

49.00$ 34.30$

A brush script built from real branches: bark still rough on the outside, pale growth rings showing where each stroke was cut. The letters lean and taper like ink, though the material stays stubbornly wooden. It suits nature brands, camp signage, folk record sleeves and anything that wants to feel handmade rather than machined.

Real branches bent into a brush script

Most wood alphabets stand upright and stiff, but this one leans. Every letter follows the swing of a brush stroke, yet it is built from actual branches. So the O curves like ink while still showing knots and torn bark. Thin connecting strokes, meanwhile, taper the way a real twig does. Because the angle stays consistent, whole words read as one handwritten line.

Bark on the outside, rings on the cut ends

Look at the ends, and you can see how each stroke was cut. Pale growth rings sit at the tips, surrounded by dark rough bark. Elsewhere the bark peels back, revealing warm ginger heartwood underneath. That contrast does the shading for you, since the light edges act as highlights. Even the ampersand, of course, keeps a sawn stub poking through its tail.

Wood Log Font suits nature brands and slow living

Outdoorsy labels are the natural fit, although the set travels wider than that. You will see it below on a framed print, a folded newspaper and a record sleeve. In addition, the Wood Log Font handles outdoor billboards, because the shapes stay legible from far away. Meanwhile it works on tees, camp signage, cabin menus and craft packaging. Set it in white space, then let the wood do the rest.

Getting the Wood Log Font onto your page

It is a real OTF, so the Wood Log Font behaves like any other script you install. Besides that, capitals, numerals, punctuation and currency signs are all included. Every character also comes as a high-resolution PNG on a transparent background. Use those instead when a single letter carries the whole poster. For a darker, barkless option try the Dry Wood Font, or else browse the full Wooden Fonts collection.
