Somebody upholstered the alphabet. Leather Art Font swells every glyph outward like a cushion, with stitched seams running through the thicker strokes and a matte oxblood finish that catches light along each curve. It suits fashion, bag and furniture brands, leather workshops and anything selling warmth. The set types from a plain OTF and includes transparent PNG letters.
Leather Art Font Inflates Every Letter
Somebody upholstered the alphabet. Each glyph in the Leather Art Font swells outward like a cushion, so the strokes bulge where a flat letter would sit still. Because the leather stretches around the form, the highlights pool along the top of each curve. Meanwhile stitched seams run through the middle of the thicker strokes. Then the colour lands somewhere between oxblood and brick, warm rather than glossy. Naturally the shapes stay soft everywhere, with no sharp corner in the whole set.
Seams, Sheen and a Little Wear
Look closely and the surface has a history. Fine grain runs across each face, while darker creases gather where the leather folds inward. Since the finish is matte with a low sheen, nothing reads as plastic. The stitching sits slightly recessed, so you can see the thread sinking into the hide. Above all the letterforms stay heavy and rounded, closer to a fat display face than a sans. Besides that, a few glyphs curl over themselves, which is where the name comes from.
